If you choose the PDF print option, an email with your high-definition file will be sent to you containing your information. You will simply need to print it by your own means. Learn more about the different materials.
If you choose PDF printing, an e-mail with your High Definition file will be sent to you by e-mail with your information. All you have to do is print it yourself.

Your poster will be printed on high quality 250gr glossy paper.
All our posters are designed by sportspeople. We only print our orders on demand near you to reduce co2 emissions.

Do I need to create an account to order a poster ?

No, it is not necessary to create an account beforehand to place an order for a personalized poster. An account will be automatically created at the time of your purchase, and you will receive all login details via email after your order is confirmed.

What should I do if I encounter an error when adding a product to my cart ?

If the button greys out when you add a photo to your sports poster, try clearing your cache by pressing Ctrl + F5, then repeat the process. If the issue persists, you can contact us via the chat at the bottom right of your screen or by email at contact@thepostrace.com – our team will be happy to assist you!

Can we get a preview of the final product ?

Yes, it’s possible! You just need to request it in the order notes (at the checkout stage). Our team will then send you a preview of your personalized sports souvenir by email.

Why doesn't the date change when I modify the year?

Don’t worry! As long as you’ve selected the correct year for your marathon or trail, our team will automatically update the event date to match that of your race.

Can I modify my order after confirmation?

Yes, as long as your souvenir poster hasn’t been printed yet, you can modify your order. You can change a text, add or remove a photo, adjust the profile colors, etc. For any changes, contact us quickly after confirmation so we can make the desired adjustments.

What are the production times?

All our prints are designed and manufactured on demand, which allows us to ship our orders within 2 to 4 working days, excluding exceptional holiday periods (as indicated on the website).
This timeframe applies to all our prints (customized or not).
For eco-friendly reasons, the manufacturing location may vary depending on your delivery location.

What are the delivery times?

For prints (Worldwide):
