You can enter your promo code or coupon at the checkout page.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
It doesn’t happen often, but accidents can sometimes happen during shipping or delivery. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us via our inquiry form within one week of receiving your order, so that we can find the best solution for you. Be sure to include the following items:
– an image of the damaged product and packaging, together with the delivery note.
– order identification number

How will my parcel be delivered? What type of packaging do you use?
We have selected a more minimal and environmentally friendly packaging option.
Orders containing unframed posters will arrive in a rigid cardboard tube to protect your poster.
Who will my order be sent to?
When you place your order, you choose the shipping partner.
Once we have printed and delivered your order to the shipping company, we will send you the tracking number by e-mail.

My order tracking has not been updated for a week. Is there a problem?
Updating your tracking information can take some time, and we generally recommend waiting up to two full working days for your tracking link to be updated with your delivery information!
Although rare, orders can sometimes be delayed for a variety of reasons: a delay in your local post office, slow customs clearance, holiday periods.

I need my order urgently! What to do?
We understand that life can sometimes be unexpected, and that suddenly this anniversary is approaching at the speed of light. Don’t worry, we’re here for you. Simply choose our express shipping option via Chronopost for faster delivery! Alternatively, you can choose the PDF poster option or the last-minute gift card!
I never received my order. Is it lost?
Your order may have been delivered to a local parcel delivery point or collection point, or it may have been returned to us. Here are a few steps to follow:
– Search for a delivery attempt slip
– Ask around to see if anyone else has accepted delivery on your behalf (family, neighbors, colleagues, etc.).
– Some parcels pass through more than one carrier; check your mailbox or wherever you receive mail.
– Contact the transport company handling your parcel directly via the link in your tracking e-mail.
